🛡️ Warranty Policy

Hardware Warranty:

  • Origen Air offers a 1-year limited warranty on the Eliza Air Purifier hardware, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Plant Warranty:

  • The integrated plant component comes with a 30-day warranty, ensuring the plant arrives healthy and viable.

  • This warranty does not cover plant damage due to neglect, improper care, or environmental factors beyond our control.

Warranty Claims:

  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

  • For plant-related claims, please include photos of the plant's condition.

 

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: Products can be returned in closed box within  30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
